Doctor Joseph Chikelue Obi : Fundamental Evidence Theory

Definition of Evidence :

Evidence is very simply defined as the ethical , reliable and reproducible basis for either belief or disbelief : It therefore represents (in essence) , the fundamental knowledge repository upon which to base such belief or disbelief.

Evidence must never ever be deemed to be totally infallible - in any way , shape or form.

Major Classes of Evidence

*Scientific Evidence : Scientific Evidence is a repository of facts (or data) which is (fundamentally) empirically generated ; in due accordance with appropriately established hypothesis-testing methodology - depending on whether the specific field of inquiry is among the Natural Sciences or the Social Sciences.

*Artistic Evidence : Artisitic Evidence is a repository of facts (or data) which is not (fundamentally) empirically generated ; in due accordance with appropriately established hypothesis-testing methodology.

*Circumstantial Evidence : Circumstantial Evidence is a repository of facts (or data) which , when duly considered (either together or consecutively), could plausibly be used to infer (or corroborate) guided theoretical conclusions relating to a particular entity ,state , or phenomenon.

There is no such thing as Pseudo-Scientific Evidence.

At almost every Major Appraisal Phase in Evidence Based Alternative Medicine (EBAM) , there are 3 Critical Decision Stages :

*Stage 1 : This involves Comprehensively (Fully) Utilizing the Undiluted Conventional Evidence Based Medicine (EBAM) Paradigm ; inclusive of the optimization of an ethical repository of evidence - which was duly obtained from Randomized (Triple Blinded) Controlled Clinical Trials (plus the Meta-Analyses or Systemic Reviews thereof , if available).

*Stage 2 : This involves Partially Utilizing the Conventional Evidence Based Paradigm ; by broadly accepting Conventional Evidence Based Medicine Standards - inclusive of the optimization of an ethical repository of evidence which was not obtained from Randomized (Triple Blinded) Controlled Clinical Trials (plus any Meta-Analyses or Systemic Reviews thereof , if available).

*Stage 3 : This involves Complete Dispensation with the Conventional Evidence Based Medicine Paradigm altogether ; in favour of the maverick generation of Original Ethical Research Design Tools and Independent Evidential Standards - which appropriately embrace the Fundamental Ethical Philosophy of Evidence Based Alternative Medicine (EBAM) (plus any Meta-Analyses or Systemic Reviews thereof , if available).
